The service was great they drove me to a restaurant to have breakfast and then they picked me up by the time that I got back my car was ready

The truck had to be brought in from another location the salesman in the finance manager was very courteous there were some issues that had to be taken care of and they were done very rapidly and truck was delivered on the same visit

My husband and I bought a truck from Scranton less than a year ago. The truck has about 80k on it, which is nothing for a diesel. Tranny blew after only driving for 4 months. We didn’t get the extended warranty considering it only had 70k on it. I called the dealership to see if they could help us out, considering we spent $40k at their business. I was told there was nothing they could do. I understand we should have gotten the extended warranty but it is almost unheard of to blow an Allison transmission at 80k miles. They are very great to BUY from, but after you take the vehicle off the lot, and the money is in their pocket, they could care less about you. I was very disappointed. Now we have to come up with 5k to fix the tranny. I would not recommend.

I have been back 4 times due to a vibration at highway speeds , I have two friends that have the same truck and don’t have this issue. This will be the last time I buy from this dealership . Tammy and Amy are super helpful but I would really like this issue was resolved Update as of 10/16/19 Truck shakes worse then it did prior to be “ fixed” for the 5th time . This is the worst service I have gotten in my life. what and absolute waste of money.

This was our first purchase from Scranton Chevy. The entire staff was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, and no pressure at all. Walked in at 9 am and out at 12:30 with our beautiful Corvette. Thank so much, especially Jen and Dave as well. The 2 1/2 hour ride for the car from out of state was well worth it!

I had a good experience with sales personal and I am happy with the truck Jen spent time showing me the truck as well with the Operation of it and pairing my phone to it.
