I can’t say enough good things about the service team at

I can’t say enough good things about the service team at Clay Cooley Volkswagen Park Cities. Even though I live in Richardson—and there’s a brand-new Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Richardson right around the corner—I choose to drive all the way to the Park Cities location because of the level of service, care, and attention to detail I receive there. Tomi, the Service Director, sets the tone. He is compassionate, caring, and always goes above and beyond to support his customers. No matter the situation, I know he’ll do everything in his power to make things right. I also want to recognize Michael Swartz and Asian Craven—two of the best service advisors I’ve ever worked with. They make me feel genuinely valued and cared for every time I visit, whether it’s for service or just stopping by the dealership. They always treat me like more than just a customer. At the end of the day, cars are man-made, and anything man-made can have flaws. What matters most is having people you can trust to get you through any challenge—and Tomi, Michael, and Asian are exactly those people. They consistently go above and beyond, and I can’t express enough how much their care and professionalism mean to me. If you’re looking for a dealership where you’ll be treated with respect, compassion, and true customer care, Clay Cooley Volkswagen Park Cities is worth the drive.

Good experience overall.

Good experience overall. Was not happy with having the purchase the ELO GPS. Gave me the basic membership for $1000 and it does nothing but offer a number you can call if your vehicle is stollen and shows recalls. Current GPS location of vehicle is for the upgraded version so I feel like I was scammed on that.
