Marjorie greeted me with a smile and took my information to pass along to Sam. The valet was very nice, my service writer Sam stayed in touch throughout the process and let me know what was needed. My cashier Maddie was super nice. It was a good experience and I will return.

Service was excellent. My experience was great with Toyota service. They had my service completed and my car ready on time. I never get the feeling that Toyota service drums up things to do on my vehicle and advise me to go ahead and deal with it immediately. They always let me know a service or two beforehand if a major item needs to be dealt with. I truly appreciate that about them. They are the best in my opinion.
