I bought my Certified Pre Owned Pathfinder from Jenny.

I bought my Certified Pre Owned Pathfinder from Jenny. She made the whole process simple, went over every feature, she set up my phone with it and even fixed a couple problems I was having with my phone! She was just awesome!

Jenny was very thorough in her explanation, and understood everything I needed in a car. She set my mind at ease and recommended an extended warranty on my used car which saved my rear when I had issues several months after buying! Tony Serra Nissan was great for both my sales and service! I will always come back here, and would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends! I’ve never felt like a car sales person has cared as much as they do here!

Jenny was very attentive to what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make sure she delivered exactly what we wanted. She kept in contact with us all along the way to make sure we were informed of the progress. Jenny Cromwell was very helpful and was the key reason

Jenny Cromwell was very helpful and was the key reason that I came back to Serra Nissan (which is not located near my home) to re-lease a 2025 ROGUE. She stayed in touch with me for several months before my 2022 ROGUE lease expired to keep me updated regarding my best lease options. She has a nice communication style that is not pushy but is informative and friendly. I would recommend others to work directly with Jenny for any Nissan interactions.
