I purchase an Audi from Expo and I can say everything went smooth from the phone call to driving off. I highly recommend them!

I drove about two and a half hours to Fredericksburg VA buy my Honda CRV. When I first called I spoke to Ken who assured me that the vehicle was a solid one. I was skeptical at first but I made the appointment and drove to Fredericksburg to check out the car. When I got there I was surprised at how clean the vehicle was. I searched inside and out for flaws previous damage ect. I was shocked to only find minor stuff that comes with wear and tear. So I decided decided to test drive it. After the test drive I was convinced that I found the exact CRV that I was looking for so I bought it. On the way home I was driving on the highway and I pressed the brakes and felt shaking from the rear. As soon as I felt it I stopped and called the dealership. I spoke to Ken my sales person and then to Timothy. While waiting for the dealer to call back I was preparing my argument for fixing the vehicle at there cost. Five minutes later a gentleman named Orrin called. He said he was sorry about what happened and to bring the car back and he would check it out and fix it. So I did. An hour and a half later I was on my way home with new rear brakes and rotors. These guys keep their word from start to finish!! I highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a car. - Leon
