Coco was great and really helped me find and finance the truck I wanted to get. EDIT: But, The truck had an air filter with leaves in it. The tires which were said to be new were actually quite worn on the inside and will need to be replaced in the next few months, they would lose 5 to 10 PSI in a day due to every valve stem needing replacement. it needs an alignment. The check engine light comes on for the catalytic converter quite regularly. Enough for their people to have set it off multiple times when checking it out. I mentioned I noticed a little roughness with the shifting on some of it, turns out thats a side effect of the vehicle shifting while also turning off or on cylinders to save gas so not their fault. They told me someone else drove it the day before and loved it and didn't mention problems, but the odometer was the same as it had been since the listed it on their site. I went to try other cars at other dealerships, and came back, they did tell me their guy drove it after I looked at it and had no issues, but the odometer was the same as when I finished my test drive. Clearly they were lying. But the truck was such a "great deal" at the time I took it. The truck was covered in dirt, I assumed they would clean it at the time of purchase, but, they did not. They offer you the chance to win a raffle if you put a 5 star review on these sites. Ive seen other reviews where they give you gas cards. Overall, the people were very nice and the process was quick and easy. But, you can tell they don't do their due diligence and whoever works on the cars just resets the light, and doesn't do much to actually check out the car. They also don't fill the tank after the car is purchased, or provide any additional gas. I asked if they would, and was told they put some gas in, but sure enough the same miles to empty was on the truck as when I came back from the test drive. The heated mirrors only work on the passenger side, the cigarette lighter and AC power don't work, likely a fuse. These are basic things to ask for a dealership to look at. Based on the other reviews, it seemed the people with 1star reviews bought a cheap clunker and complained about it. This wasn't a cheap clunker, but I should have suspected something when the same truck is being sold two to five thousand dollars more everywhere else. Despite the issues with the catalytic converter, the tires, the mirror, the dirt, ect I did get this way cheaper and it does run fine. IF you are purchasing from here, check the airfilter, check the tire pressure, feel the back of the tire, make sure all the electronics work, take it to a mechanic first. And understand that they are selling cars cheap, because the cars all have problems.
