    Porsche Jacksonville has been servicing my 911 Carerra for the past 3 years and I have not been disappointed. I bring the car in for an oil change and... based on that service I get recommendations on on how to keep this car running at its peak....I just had the car serviced a few days ago.

    Terrible service all around starting with the GM, Brandon Starks was extremely rude to me for no reason at all. this is a true review, NOT FAKE. After... we agreed on a price , on a vehicle, their finance person, Nikke Shrewsbery ran my credit but what she failed to tell me is that for out of state transactions, the banks they use for finance charges a 1% more. She proceeds to tell me after she ran my credit. When I confronted her and said that you should have advised me that I may be subject to a higher interest since i was out of town. She did not let me know till she ran my credit and at that point, it was too late which cost me a few points of my great credit. I proceeded to let this Brandon Starks know what happened w/ Nikki and he didn't want to talk to me at all and was very rude to me on the phone. Terrible level of service. He also refused to sell me the car because my wife and I needed a few days to further think about it. It's a $60,000 car, not a shirt i'm buying. He then sent me an email advising me that "we will not sell you this car". I have never experienced this terrible level of service any where at all. If I can give no stars, i would. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL, BASED ON WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. Can you imagine in 2018 that a GM would refuse to sell someone a car after they ran my credit., TERRIBLE JOB BRANDON AND YOUR OWNERS HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW HOW BAD OF A JOB YOUR DOING!

    Best cars in the world. Great dealership. They made the entire process seamless and friendly. The service department is great. They never tried to talk... me out of buying my car off its lease and sell me a new one. Im a repeat customer because the are fair and honest. It made buying a car enjoyable.
