Annual service was great, prescheduled, finished on time, car was spotless when picked up!

When I delivered my car for service, they were very helpful making sure my concerns were taken care of. When they delivered the car they went over the service in detail to point out what they had done and to make sure all my issues were to my satisfaction.

My experience with Fields Porsche of Jacksonville is always terrific due to Jennifer Woodard in the service department. Additionally, I bought my second Porsche from Carl Williams, who provided a wonderful experience. GREAT TEAM!

Porsche Jacksonville has been servicing my 911 Carerra for the past 3 years and I have not been disappointed. I bring the car in for an oil change and based on that service I get recommendations on on how to keep this car running at its peak....I just had the car serviced a few days ago.

I have an year old Macan and need a maintenance service,, when I called for an appointment, I was worried because I didn't bought it from them. Oppositely, they are treating me like a VIP. I want to thank you Charles, he is very professional & experience, he's not only did a great job on my car, he also very kind & considerate to arrange a driver to drove me to the town center to shop during the car service, Amy was nice & helpful for setting & follow up an appointment, Brandon was friendly & kept me conversation during the ride. There is nothing better than great hospitality that made the customer feeling they’re important, they worth more than 5 stars! 💯👍

I had to bring my Panamera in for a couple recalls and even though the drive is a tad bit over 200 miles round trip, the lounge is comfortable, the people are always friendly, even casual conversation with salespeople are nice. You don’t feel like you are in a “car dealership”. It was a pleasing experience.

Always a great experience. Took care of everything requested plus a couple things we didn’t discuss at no additional charge. Fair price and quick service.
