Great service!
Really appreciate getting loaner car for 2 days while routine service is performed on my Mercedes C300. When I came to pick up my car today & return the loaner, I was in & out in less than 10 minutes. Sweet!

Excellent Auto Service center!
My most recent experience at Field’s Automotive was on Monday September 20,2021. The service personnel is always very professional and a very pleasant atmosphere is provided as you wait! My scheduled appointment time was 10:00am, I arrived at approximately 9:30 🕤 am , I was immediately checked in without delay! The service advisor did an excellent job of keeping me posted of the progress on my vehicle. I would surely recommend this auto dealership for both sales and service!

My experience at Mercedes is always top notch with Zarinea my service advisor. Zarinea Goes the extra mile every time I have a need for a car repair. Zarinea is GREAT in keeping me updated on how long my car will be in the garage. Zarinea makes sure that I am being taken care of the right way. Zarinea knows her job well and shows a lot of confidence. I hope I never ever have to have another service advisor!!! Zarinea is the BEST!!!

Does not get any better
Kept getting messages to bring my car in to have the airbag replaced, I have since moved to Georgia and didn't have the time to go all the way to Jacksonville. When I called to make the appointment, they informed me that they would come to me and replace it at no charge. A very nice gentleman showed up on time and got to work on it in my garage and in about 20 mins he rang the doorbr]eii and thanked me and left.

A Great Experience
Even though there was a power outage all along Atlantic Blvd, they were able to take us in without an appointment. The next morning, I got a call saying that the work was completed and everything was under warranty. We had a great experience.

Horrible experience
Run away from bringing your car here for service. I should have read the reviews first. I purchased cars here from Brumos and figured fields was up to par. I brought my G55AMG in for a a sensor warning light issue and a window regulator. I was quoted nearly $12,000.00 for repairs. I agreed to around $3,500.00 of repairs. They had my vehicle three weeks. When I picked my car up I had four more warning lights on then when I dropped it off. The day before I picked it up I was told I needed an additional $4000 worth of repairs. I dropped it off for a differential sensor light and they replaced a transfer case motor and it did nothing to fix the sensor warning as it’s still on $3500 later. When I went to pick the car up I waited 45 minutes after I paid for my car to be brought to the front on the lot (I was told at one point they lost the vehicle) Zarneia my point of contact was nice as she could be and could tell she was embarrassed by all the set of events. I was looking at buying a new 550 from them but I wouldn’t return there under any circumstances.
