Our experience with this dealership left us with serious concerns about how they conduct business. My 16-year-old son purchased a vehicle through the dealership's sales manager. He handled every part of the transaction—from advertising the vehicle, to negotiating the price, to completing the sale. We were told the car only had a "small leak" and that it would be fine. He even gave my son a gallon of water and said he "probably wouldn't need it, but had it just in case." About 20 miles after leaving the lot, the car overheated and became inoperable. When we contacted him, his response to my 16-year-old son was, "Put some water in it and take it home, it's a $3,000 car." What happened afterward was just as concerning. When we tried to resolve the situation, we were told it wasn't actually his vehicle at all—it was supposedly owned by someone else, even though my son dealt exclusively with the dealership's sales manager from start to finish. My son never met the titled owner. That lack of transparency left us questioning exactly who we were buying from and who was standing behind the sale. The court ultimately dismissed our first lawsuit without prejudice because the titled owner had not been named as a defendant—not because the court found nothing was wrong with the transaction. We have since been advised that the proper course is to include the titled owner in any future action. I'm not going to tell anyone what conclusions to draw, but I will say this: if you're considering buying a vehicle here, ask a lot of questions. Find out exactly who owns the vehicle, who you're actually buying it from, and get every representation about its condition in writing. Based on our experience, I would never do business here again.

Had an amazing buying experience with John and the folks at Tlg Motors. The financing and down payment was easy, and the guys were so good to work with! Pricing was incredible! Noticed a gage on our truck was messed up after buying, they had us bring it in and fixed it with no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family! Thanks again Tlg, my husband is in love with his truck!!!
