Prior to traveling from Opelika AL to Cleveland (3 hour drive) for a nice looking Jeep, we reviewed the dealership, AND talked to them about our trades in. The numbers were quoted to us, so we made the trip after having confidence that we weren’t wasting our time. Well bend over and get screwed must be their motto. Totally undermined what they said to us, lied, and basically f’d us with no remorse. The owner, Nikki, didn’t even have the xxxxx to tell us himself. Instead he sent out his lackey. Unless you have plenty of Vaseline, stay away from this hole in the wall.
