Alan Hassen worked hard to get me a good deal on a 26 Palisade Hybrid. He walked me thru the process and went thru all the features of my new car answering all my questions. Had to take my 2020 Hyundai Tucson in for a recall. Not really a recall, but a form I had to get for DMV. I hardly got into the place when someone came over and waited on me! I was totally shocked.(I bought my car from Beaverton Hyundai and got possibly worst treatment I could’ve ever gotten.) I was impressed with the entire place.Thien could not have been nicer. He listened to my story about my treatment in Beaverton. I also Had my 60,000 mile check up. I will always go back here!

There was a glitch with my new car that needed attention. At first things were a little wobbly. When I brought it to the attention of the G manager, Evan, things were taken care of fast and efficiently!! That’s good customer service! Excellent work!!! Happy client!!

Had to take my 2025 Hyundai Santa fe in for a recall on seat belt issue I was dreading it but once I arrived at the dealership the service manager took care of me like I was his relative, the repair took just 25 minutes great job guys.

would strongly advise against buying a Hyundai from this dealership. Here's a rundown of my experience: 1. Pushed into a bad deal: I was pressured into buying a car with front-end damage. 2. Two sales people told me untruths about the car. "The car automatically comes with a 3 year maintenance plan from the manufacturer." I told him that the maintenance plan went away last year. Then he stated he has all his customers spend $4k to get all of their oil changes covered so they would be "Free"! "They have had the same motor in the palisade since 2020 and they actually found a way to up the horse power and torque for 2026." Not correct. They went from 3.8 liter to a 3.5 liter and the numbers went down, not up, in horse power and torque. 3. Text offer: I received a text offer of $7,000 off the MSRP with Costco pricing 4. In-person interaction: I went in to get the numbers all figured out, but they showed me $16,000 over the MSRP with various add-Ons. 5. Inconsistent information: Every time I mentioned the number 1 was told over text, they said it was impossible to get to that number in person. 6. Promises of a better car: They kept promising me that they would get me the car I actually wanted to buy, but they all sold that day, so they could couldn't do a dealer trade. 7. Car I wanted is still for sale: The car I wanted is still available at the other dealership. When I pointed this out, they blamed someone else and never reached out to me again. 8. underestimated taxes and fees: They underestimated my taxes and fees on their offers so the out the door price looks cheaper, which resulted in a $600 difference from what I actually paid. It's important to be aware that they will often understate your taxes and fees to get you into financing.
