would strongly advise against buying a Hyundai from this dealership. Here's a rundown of my experience: 1. Pushed into a bad deal: I was pressured into buying a car with front-end damage. 2. Two sales people told me untruths about the car. "The car automatically comes with a 3 year maintenance plan from the manufacturer." I told him that the maintenance plan went away last year. Then he stated he has all his customers spend $4k to get all of their oil changes covered so they would be "Free"! "They have had the same motor in the palisade since 2020 and they actually found a way to up the horse power and torque for 2026." Not correct. They went from 3.8 liter to a 3.5 liter and the numbers went down, not up, in horse power and torque. 3. Text offer: I received a text offer of $7,000 off the MSRP with Costco pricing 4. In-person interaction: I went in to get the numbers all figured out, but they showed me $16,000 over the MSRP with various add-Ons. 5. Inconsistent information: Every time I mentioned the number 1 was told over text, they said it was impossible to get to that number in person. 6. Promises of a better car: They kept promising me that they would get me the car I actually wanted to buy, but they all sold that day, so they could couldn't do a dealer trade. 7. Car I wanted is still for sale: The car I wanted is still available at the other dealership. When I pointed this out, they blamed someone else and never reached out to me again. 8. underestimated taxes and fees: They underestimated my taxes and fees on their offers so the out the door price looks cheaper, which resulted in a $600 difference from what I actually paid. It's important to be aware that they will often understate your taxes and fees to get you into financing.

Worked with Will and Kaila who were fantastic. Bought a used Tesla and would recommend the dealership to anyone, they couldn’t have made the trade-in and purchase process any easier. Finance dept was great too.

We bought our Sonata Hybrid at this dealership in 2017 and have done every single oil change and service option at their Service department since then. These are the most professional, reliable, kind, and honest people I’ve ever worked with. I’m a teacher, and budgets are thin, and they’ve always gone above and beyond to help us make the right decisions to keep our car running smoothly and safely. I can’t recommend them enough. We will be back again for our next new car. Bless them all.

I’ve been going to Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai for service for years (shout out to Mary and Thien for always being amazing, friendly, and communicative), but I recently found myself in their sales department after finding myself in need of a new-to-me car. From start to finish, everyone was super welcoming and informative and I really felt supported throughout the entire process. Alan in sales was great at explaining everything I needed to know, and while he knew I was dreading the car-buying experience, he actually made it fun and enjoyable— an impressive feat! I really feel like this dealership prioritizes building clients for life and it shines through in their staff as well. Thank you again to everyone who helped me buy my new Tucson, she drives like a dream! :)

Preston at the service department was great. He was personable and very honest. He showed me an issue with my car and explained in detail the problem along with the solution. I didn't feel pressured to have the service done but chose to do it. He works hard to present an honest and trustworthy view of the dealership. I feel he's a real asset to Ron Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai.
