The communication from Kris in the Service Department was

The communication from Kris in the Service Department was excellent prior to, during, and after my car's service/repair from rodent damage. Moritz Kia Alliance is my new go-to Dealer in DFW. Reasonable prices, hours, and service.

The service department is great.

The service department is great. They fixed the issue the first time so I never have to return. They appreciate my time so they stick to the appointment and get me out at the time that they say. the waiting room is clean, supplied with plenty of coffee and water. a work area in case you have business to conduct. I recommend this location for all your Kia needs. I bought my two cars from them and I take my car to be serviced by there as well.

Kris in the service department was amazing.

Kris in the service department was amazing. Went through all the options with me and I felt like he genuinely was concerned about making sure I understood everything with my car.

I will always use this dealership for service on my car ! I have been coming here for years !!! Paul is the best !! He is so caring and knowledgeable about everything !!! He explains everything in detail, and will not suggest things not needed !! He can never retire ! 😂😂😂😂

I would definitely recommend Alliance Kia for buying,

I would definitely recommend Alliance Kia for buying, selling and service. I had a suburban to trade in and we went to the west Fort Worth first because they were much closer. They were so dishonest and tried to scam us. We decided to go up to Alliance. They were so easy to work with and honest. Everything was done in an hour. I recently had to have some service work done and it was a no fuss experience as well. It’s almost an hour drive for us but very much worth it.

There for annual oil change.

There for annual oil change. Service was excellent except for name not being on appointment list. Was the only setback

I have always been happy with the Service Department and

I have always been happy with the Service Department and the advisers. Brian Lucas is my current Service Adviser and he is very helpful. Unfortunately I have an oil consumption hog and he is monitoring that for me.

I'll be honest I really didn't think that they could get

I'll be honest I really didn't think that they could get me into a car especially a new one with my mileage and what I was able to do in payments. But they made it happen. It did take some doing on thier end though. Great bunch of guys, down to earth and genuinely concerned about you and your circumstances. And they checkup on you afterwards like a friend would

Service was fast and conveniently done.

Service was fast and conveniently done. Waiting area is clean with coffee, tea and water for free. My time was over before I could finish knitting my family sweaters. (Ha-ha)
