Josh made the WHOLE process super duper easy! I LOVED that I could text him and / or call him with any questions and he ALWAYS responded within less than 30 minutes! I told him what I wanted, he found it, got it ready, did most of the paperwork through email, so that we didn’t have to spend an excessive amount of time at the dealership, even had the contract ready to sign when we got there! Josh was super duper professional, personable, laid back, and easy to work with! He was not pushy at all! I would definitely recommend Josh at Moritz Alliance to anyone! As a matter of fact he’s the most laid back, non-pushy sales person I’ve ever worked with in my entire life! I just cannot say enough good things about Josh!!!! 💜

This will be my dealership for the foreseeable future! I have had too many bad dealings with dealerships over the years. I gave this dealership a try and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and listened to my concerns. We had a reasonable conversation about pricing and made a final deal which fit what I was looking for. Rashad was pleasant to work with and showed us various options to help us make a decision. He made sure we were happy with our purchase before we left. Joseph in finance was great. He has a great no pressure and no up sell way of quickly finalizing the deal with a great sense of humor.

I bought my second car from Moritz today after stopping in yesterday and showing them what I wanted. They had exactly what I wanted in stock , so we took it out for a test drive and signed the papers later, which was a no hassle finance discussion. Picked it up this morning and it's a great vehicle. These people are fabulous to deal with. This is the second vehicle I've bought from them in four years and they do all my service work and unfortunately, had to do a little body repair work at another one of their facilities which turned out great. I would highly recommend them.
