They were very friendly, and the interaction with the customer service department was helpful and informative regarding the options that best fit my budget, moreover they invited me for a test drive of the car I'm interested in purchasing, additionally they've a great stock to choose from

I would suggest to anyone reading this to avoid this

I would suggest to anyone reading this to avoid this dealership, the disrespect you get from the sales staff will make you rethink buying a car and just walk instead. I have three separate experiences with them that has led to tears and anger. with the documentation needed i will provide anyone to ensure they avoid them.

We purchased a car for our daughter and on day 4 only

We purchased a car for our daughter and on day 4 only 200ish miles the transmission is trashed!! I’m thanking the good lord above I purchased the extended warranty and they are thankfully covering for the new transmission! This place has not been any help hasn’t even offer to cover my deductible. Wanted me to have it towed to them (not like they could do anything with the car had to then be towed to a Fod dealer) which I did and I paid for it like an idiot and will never see that money back either! If by any chance you ever do buy a car from this crooked place buy a warranty to cover your a$$!! I have heard of several other vehicles they have or had have transmission problems. And several of them they know or knew about from this place. It’s a major disappointment that I’ve had a car for a month now and my daughter only got to drive it for four days! And when we purchased the car it was said to have had their inspection done and all of that, well come to find out the oil had not been changed and was overdue by 8000 miles so now I am having to pay to have the oil changed and have the car inspected while is getting a new transmission. Everyday it is at the dealer it gets worse and worse. Has to have new tires because the wires are showing on the inside, the battery at one time exploded and acid was all over the battery box. So now new battery new battery box and a fuse box for the battery! Wow this dealer really loves to SCREW people over!

We purchased a car for our daughter and on day 4 only 200ish miles the transmission is trashed!! Buyer please BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

Buyer please BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.. I wish I could give them a negative 10. There's a video on their Facebook page with me and my wife appearing to be happy.. We were happy until I washed the Q8. The car had so much damage and the manager Tony the manager didn't try to help with getting the repairs done. The steering adjust was rigged to work for a quick minute but fell inside the steering once they left my home. The spoiler was hanging from the vehicle. I paid $2200 to get the vehicle repainte, the driver side door handle was melted. The steering is bad on the vehicle. Do not fool with these negroes. They are shady and full of ish. They don't give a xxxx about selling quality, they're more concerned with making a sale. They will smile you into a deal. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!
