I want to commend the team at Toyota of Greenfield, particularly Greg Corcoran. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with my (many) questions and inquiries. I was kept up to date throughout the process. I felt I received a fair deal for both my purchase and my trade-in, and Greg and team ensured the transaction went smoothly. I went to a few dealerships in this purchasing round and Toyota of Greenfield was by far my best experience. They made me feel welcome and heard. I also love that we purchased from them considering we bring our cars in for service and we've had a wonderful service experience over the years. I look forward to continuing our relationship with Toyota of Greenfield. We'll certainly be returning when the time is right for our next upgrade, and for all the servicing in between. Thank you!

We just bought our second car from this dealership after
We just bought our second car from this dealership after our previous Toyota was rear-ended and totaled. As with the first time, Greg Corcoran was fantastic to work with. When other dealerships were giving us the runaround or not returning calls, Greg found us the car we wanted with a reasonable delivery date. He helped us navigate getting it insured, registered, and made sure we were comfortable with all the features before we left the lot. The only reason we even called other dealers is that their websites claimed to have the car we wanted in stock. Of course, those other dealers didn’t, as the cars weren’t on the lot yet and had already been sold anyway! Toyota of Greenfield remains the only car dealership that I trust not to play bait-and-switch games to get me in the door. I’m a loyal customer now!

I had a great experience working with Greg Corcoran, very helpful through the entire process without being pushy. I had a few small issues with the RAV4 hybrid I purchased, and Greg got them taken care of immediately and at no cost to me. It was a far better experience than I've had at other dealerships in Western Mass and Southern Vermont, and I'll definitely go back to Greenfield Toyota next time we are searching for a car.

The Greenfield dealership is fantastic- they do not play games or try to trick you with prices or anything. They truly go out of their way to get you the vehicle you want! Ask for Curtis Bates. Curtis is a great person who will go above and beyond to help customers get what they want. He is a thorough salesman and a great communicator. Look up car salesman in a dictionary and there is a picture of everyone working here, salesman, sales manager you name it. went to buy a specific car but kept pushing me on something I am guessing they wanted to move. Purchased what I want easily from another dealer

Ford of Greenfield-- Great service!
Purchased a new explorer from best local dealership with best service center, best sales and service people. My husband and I both purchased new vehicles and service outstanding! They are quick and efficient in doing all needed work! Love new waiting area and friendliness of staff. Mark in sales great attention to detail and our needs. Thanks to Mr. Brozowski in service when I called like the Geico commercial " I have a FLAT tire" help!!! He told me what to do and I was on my way.

Bad information, wasted a day
They had a used Tacoma for sale and I had an appointment to look at it at 1pm after contacting a salesman at the dealership the day before and morning of. When I got there - after driving 2.5 hours they told me it had already been sold. Very poor service and communication on inventory availability.

I am a long time Toyota owner. I was recently the victim of an auto theft of my 2005 Sienna van. It had 230,000 miles and would have easily made 300,000. I went to Greenfield where Ive had that vehicle serviced for 11 years. The salesman Shane Barbato was so helpful in guiding me through the new car buying process. He was patient, well informed about the various models, and readily available to answer all my questions. a week after the theft I drove off with a new Vehicle, 2016 Highlander and couldn't be more pleased with the car and the process.
