Pleasant Experience

We had a very pleasant experience. It has been awhile since we purchased a new car so it was also a new experience ordering a car vs purchasing one off the lot. Wish we had known ahead of time that requesting a tow hitch would interfere with the hands free opening of the tailgate.

Excellent buying experience

This was my best car buying experience to date. This was my first new vehicle I ordered and I couldn’t be happy. BMW of Southpoint went above and beyond.

Southpoint Service is top tier every time

Awesome service team, I have worked with several of them over the years and they are a top notch team! This visit Malcolm was my advisor and he is a master service advisor. He knows the cars, doesn't try to push unnecessary items and always makes sure my car is spotless after.

I had a great experience at BMW of Southpoint.

I had a great experience at BMW of Southpoint. I came to get tires. My technician, isaac, was very knowledgeable and provided a video of him explaining my tires and the tread. Great service!

There was an original problem with a service request

There was an original problem with a service request but the dealer took great pains to go above & beyond correcting the situation. Not many dealers of any make or model would have pleased me more with their response as did BMW of Southpoint. Thanks Jen!

We are very happy with our new BMW X5.

We are very happy with our new BMW X5. The sales process at Southpoint BMW was smooth, seamless, and professional. In full transparency we did experience some bumps in the road immediately post-sales with accessory installations. This was primarily due to non-professional behavior on the part of one person in the process. There was a strong effort by the Southpoint team all the way up to general manager to recover from this unexpected behavior, and I feel confident that we will receive the top notch service we would expect going forward. It's always nice when things go perfectly, but it also says a lot about a business when they are willing to own up to mistakes and make a commitment to do better.
