Smooth Service Experience

The service team goes above and beyond. They’ve taken advantage of technology to take the mystery out of repairs and you can even pay online. They offered to drop my car off at my office even. First class service.

Awesome Service

Fabulous service department...Ask for Rebecca...She rocks! If you are looking for a new BMW...Go see Hugo! BMW Southpoit is the best dealership in NC...They have the best service and sales in the area.

An a amazing team of individuals who go above and

I had an issue with my 2013 BMW convertible which had less than 18k miles on it and Patricia Fradenburg and Jennifer Butler were there to oversee and pull together the technicians needed to solve it’s very rare issue!! They all worked together and the had it purring! BUT I was also given a loaner by Patricia Fradenburg. She set me up with a 2021 228i Gran Coupe and somewhere in the time they were fixing my 2013 BMW convertible. I fell in love with and ended up trading in my car for the loaner car I was driving and thanks to Monica Cleven, Rebekah Koenig and Russell Wilkerson I got everything I wanted and I’m so very happy!! Thank you all so much !!
