Service was accurate and timely.. Harold did a great job on communication of when the vehicle would be ready. The tech agent also pointed out some potential issues with alignment

Well done. I was there at 7 am, opened promptly, took me 5 minutes to register, driver was there in 10 minutes and car ready after 10K service in 2 hours. They took video of inspection process. Really well done

I was interested in a very specific vehicle that this...

I was interested in a very specific vehicle that this dealership had. I live about 4 hours away so I spoke with Travis who handles the online inquiries. He was helpful and was easy to work with. My own piece of advice for him is to gauge your audience prior to making statements. To be specific, he was slightly condescending in his tone and almost seemed surprised that I thought the car was slightly over priced. He responded in a condescending tone about the value of the car. I know a dealership needs to be profitable and they need to try to maximize money. It's a business. I understand that, but his tone was actually off-putting. However, he quickly changed his tone when I was obviously a very serious buyer saying I'd come the next day and purchase the vehicle. I'm sure many people just talk to dealerships and play the "negotiating game" and it doesn't result in a sale and that can be frustrating for dealerships, but at first interaction you need to give the customer the benefit of the doubt. After talking to Travis, I was handed off to Tyler who was incredible to work with. He went above and beyond any car salesperson has ever done. Normally, you have to "just deal" with the salesperson, but with Tyler, I was so impressed with his friendliness, his laid back attitude, no pressure approach, and his professionalism that I just can't rave enough about him. He's extremely personable and I hope this leads to his greatest success. After losing my temporary plate while driving, Tyler sent another plate to me. After getting my money, he could easily just forget about the customer and stop responding to texts, but that's not Tyler. BMW of Southpoint is truly lucky to have him as an employee.

Tires and Snacks

Caleb did a GREAT job mounting new tires on my M2. Very cool that they send a video from underneath the car while it is being serviced. Smooth and easy dealing with BMW Southpoint. I also appreciate how they text status updates. And the fruit granola bars in the waiting area are tasty.

I have had some issues with this service center in the...

I have had some issues with this service center in the past, but they always seemed very open to improving. This time it was much better. My service associate Harold Harris was very friendly and explained all the expectations for the process and the timing. And the service personnel found the problem and resolved it very quickly. I will feel much more comfortable making future appointments going forward.

BWM of Southpoint (Hendrick) is like having Christmas...

BWM of Southpoint (Hendrick) is like having Christmas every day of the year! I have bought cars from many area dealers over the years, but no other place is like BMW of SP. They have EVERYTHING to make me feel special, comfortable and appreciated. They don't always say 'yes' to a deal if it is no right for me. This is very much appreciated as I do not want to leave worse than I came in financially. The folks at BMW of SP really look out for me in that regard. However, taking care of my vehicle until it is really time to trade, is exceptional! Thank you Nate at BMW of SP for making me feel absolutely great!

Personally Tailored Service

Car in for headlight replacement, smog test, new wipers. Service Advisor was Tim Bolton. Handled our needs expertly, prompt and very responsive via phone and text. Valet (Marshall?) was VERY helpful to accommodate our "curbside"experience by bringing paperwork to me outside and handling pick-up outside as well. Thanks for making this an easy interaction.
