Was interested in buying a car I had found using cars.com and wanted to pay cash. Was contacted and told that they would get back with me. Never did and car was sold. Just disappointed.

I called Big Country about a Beautiful Corvette on new years eve. The customer service I received was so exceptional, The salesman was awesome, All the way to the service tech, They all greeted me and walked me through every aspect. I was so pleased when I left And I would Highly recommend them I drove 2 hours to get there and it was fully worth my time.

Bought a car with warrenty, 1st day it over heated I have taken it 3 times to be fixed. It smokes white thick smoke and smells of coolant. She told me it was fixed and to drive it. I told her it's not fixed she yelled at me and my husband , accused me of trying to ruin the car. Liars scammers beware!

I was interested in a vehicle and it turned out not what the add said. Plus they said they would help me find a car but never tried to help me. I was pressured to buy a brand new car when I told them specifically what year I wanted and price range. I don't think I will contact them again.
