Finance manager Adrian was great. Our salesman Imran and the manager Lupe have yet to return a call or a email after several attempts to reach out to them. After the sale is done they don’t want to have any contact with their customers and that is apparent. Sold us a car without any air pump or spare tire in the vehicle. The items described in the listing were not present in the car. This was expressed to both through email and verbally over the phone to Lupe. I was told they would get back with me but have yet to hear anything from either of them.

The hardest part of the whole transaction was picking out my car and deciding on which one to get! Keith Blaylock did an excellent job! I highly recommend asking for Keith to be your salesperson. You will not regret the decision. The process was simple, the contract and documentation were straightforward and easy to understand and delivery of the vehicle was problem free.

This is no reflection on Tony..... I was hoping the dealership to be more transparent on financing options and associated fees. Other than that, my overall experience was great. The car is exceptional and Tony was awesome to work with.

Bought a 2013 GL 450 - 8/7/2018, dealt with Troy Davies over the phone, even though it was late in the evening and he was about to close for the day, he encouraged me to come over and that he will wait for me. got there after the dealership had closed and sealed the deal same day. This guy is good. Frankly speaking the entire team were all nice to work with.
