Was thinking about buying a new daily driver and looked around the local dealerships. After taking into account the many positive online reviews the family and I visited Texas Auto North without an appointment. Met by David, I presented what I was looking for and walked around several vehicles. Finally decided on one and was able to test drive the car alone with my wife and kids. (Def not the norm) unfortunately we could not come to terms on price and parted ways .David called a few times after trying to bridge my desired pricing but still could not get to where I needed to be. There was another vehicle that was to arrive a few days later and agreed to speak then. Following up ,I decided on a similar vehicle in stock and received a very fair price from them up front, after antogonizing the finance manager for a while I was given a great discount and terms leaving me very satisfied with my purchase. Overall great experience with David being the biggest outlier, he even called me a few day later reminding me that I was owed a spare tire and was ready for pick up at my convenience. Would buy from them again.

David Melendez and his team were amazing. This was the easiest and most stress free car experience of my life. The sense of urgency and there honest answers to my questions and concerns was a breath of fresh air. The car (2013 Mustang GT) was washed and ready for my test drive and David offered me a no rush, professional experience. He even remote started it when he saw me walking in.
