Landon Dochterman and everybody at McGrath VW were great. I came in looking for a Tiguan and thought I was going to be getting a 2019. They had a 2020 R-Line on the showroom floor. I didn’t even know they offered the R-Line in a Tiguan. It looks like an AMG autobahn burner; monochromatic and mean. They were very accommodating, very knowledgeable about the product line and let me thoroughly look at it and even let me take home it Home to Iowa City for the night. That was a great tactic because my nine year old daughter LOVED it! It’s gonna be Mom’s car. They were fair with my trade and it took about 15 minutes to agree to a deal. When your person who did the financial paperwork on our transaction, he wanted us to purchase an extended warranty for our car. If I owned the company I would be embarrassed to offer such a program to a customer.

Now, I must commend Landon very highly, especially due to the fact that; though he was new to this type of work he took charge of seeing that he clearly understood what it was we were seeking for, then tirelessly gleaned resources and support from his teammates to provide us realistic options, which truly exceeded in quality and class of the vehicle we had expected!

This was my first time buying a car for myself and Tyler was very helpful in the process. There was a little trouble getting the title to the vehicle since it was in Davenport, but he worked hard to get it there as soon as possible. I felt comfortable working with Tyler and he provided great service throughout the whole process.

Brandon Dvorak did an excellent job with the sale. He knewthe answer to every question we asked. He went out of his wayincluding comeing in on his day off to make sure that we had everything that we needed including getting matyerial that was left in the trade, even having to track the location of the traded vehicle.
