the sales person tha idealt with was excellent but sales manager was deceptive . i will recommendthe salesperson; but i won't reccomend the dealership.... it is too far a distance for my friends

Service was excellent but the service appointment process is poor. Took me 5 attempts to set an appointment. Long holds, hang ups , and no returned calls.... Finally got through. Once connected the rep was very friendly. It's not a people issue. It's a process issue.

This was my fifth (new and used) car purchase from Coughlin Nissan and easily the most painless. My salesman Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and very... courteous. No pressure whatsoever. Got a great deal on my new Maxima and I couldn't be happier.

I came to the dealership to test drive a Used Honda CRV. Salesman didn't seem interested in selling the veh.. Didn't ask me any questions. Veh. was... clean inside. Salesman said I guess it needs detailed. I'm not sure if the leather seats are just really worn or if they were cleaned would they look better. From what I can tell the veh has been on the market a while.

The car dealer that helped me was very helpful and not pushy, which was great. She helped me find the right car for me without ever feeling pressured,... that is, until her manager showed up. He was everything you don't like about car salesmen. He was extremely pushy and tried to put as much pressure as he could on me so that I would make a split second decision. He refused to give me a direct answer when I asked if the deal he was presenting me would be there two days from now and I even had to excuse myself just so I could make a decision without him shoving the car down my throat. I wanted the car before he showed up but I almost didn't take it because of him. I'd say if you went there and were able to avoid this guy, you'd have a great experience. He's the reason this isn't a 5 star review.
