They called us to tell us our radio was in. I was very happy that it was in there was a man in the office. A real short man I asked him to program our radio. He said he couldn?t do it because he was the only one there I was very unsatisfied. And we only have two stations we can listen to this is not the first time. We have had problems. I want the manager or the owner to see this message. We live all the way in Lompoc so we drive all the way down to Oxnard to usually get our oil change and routine check ups that?s a long way to drive.

Buyer BEWARE Yesterday afternoon around 3pm, my partner took me to this dealership to where he was considering purchasing a 2013 Ford Thor Majestic Mobile Home. He always wanted one. I told him to buy it. We told the sales guy, Abel we will take it They wrote it up we met with Romen , the finance manager, and signed all the docs. For the most part a done deal. Because they needed a copy of Jose's tax return, Ramon said no need to leave the deposit. All the docs have been signed and executed. We told him we would be back the next day at 3pm to deliver the tax returns and the vehicle could be delivered. We were told it would take a day or two to thoroughly go through the vehicle to make sure there were no issues - like the check engine light being on. We left there happy as could be. Excited. We found the tax returns, and proof of residence. Before we could get back to the dealership, the bank called us about another mobile home that was 25K more than the one we had chosen. Turns out, the dealership, without our consent, submitted a different vehicle to the bank. We called the dealer, and Jose, the Sales guy told us the mobile home which we had picked out, got financing and insurance on was sold to another buyer xxx Jose told us he was sorry, but he could put us in the 50K vehicle instead. That wasn't our deal. And the way you handled us is unbelievable. Did even give us a courtesy call, to say you better get down here now. They knew we were prepared to take delivery. Buyers BEWARE This is not an honest dealership. Don't waste you time and hard earned money to just get the run around, and told we want to make even more money off you now. NO Thanks.

On a recent trip to Southern California, we dropped into this dealership to have a look at the inventory. We found everyone at the dealership to be delightfully friendly, treating us like family. We highly recommend Oxnard Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I took my mothers 2022 outlander to get serviced and was greeted and helped by Cassandra, she was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to check me in and get my car service so quickly and really felt taken care of. Would recommend this place just by her customer service alone.

I have purchased three Mitsubishis in a row, with the last two from Oxnard Mitsubishi. I would never go anywhere else. The service department is top notch, everyone is friendly and eager to help, and I have never had a negative experience. I had my car serviced today, and Alfonso could not have been more courteous, helpful, or knowledgeable. Another gentleman made sure that I could work in a quiet corner while I waited, and even served me a breakfast sandwich! This dealership is the best!

One of my best buying experiences ever. Took less than an hour to negotiate a fair deal and sign paperwork. Plus was given a full complete delivery and explanations of all of the cars features

Rachel Silva, (Customer Care Assistant) reached out to help but once I asked her just one question, she ghosted me. i left her several emails asking why she didn't want to help me anymore but nothing.

this is the worst dealer ship i have ever Delt with first of all they Enter my social securty wrong and tell me theres fraud on my social so we waited for the loan copanys to approve witch never happen beacause the enterd the wrong number so i called the lender and asked what was going on and thats how i found out they entered the wrong number so now i have financing took the van and now the transmission goes out took it back they said they would get back to me and never did finally i call and the guy tells me were looking for a trans mission another week goes by no call again i call and this time they say there not fixing they new it had a bad trasmission because they gave an exstened warranty with it hoping it would make it the 30 day 1000 miles buy it dident very very sketchey company the owner is the worst you have been warned go some where else.
