Awesome.

Awesome. Very professional. Ana was great. My only concern was that I asked for current pics of the car and didn't get any but the car delivered was beyond expectations

Didn’t put any energy into helping me buy this car.

Didn’t put any energy into helping me buy this car. I had $16000 to put down but not great credit. Yes, $16,000. They acted like I was too much work. Someone called me and says, “Yeah so you’re going to need a boat load of cash down so yeah call me back.” No thanks. Oh well I guess. I paid cash for a WRX instead.

Buyer BEWARE!

Buyer BEWARE! I want everyone to be AWARE of them selling vehicles with outdated safety inspections. They allowed me to purchase a car knowing I was going to drive this car back to California. This car had 2 bad tires on the rear of the car and I hit a patch of snow causing the car to loose traction and leave the pavement I impacted a total of 3 trees and suffered a concussion, torn ACL an meniscus. The worst part is they did not process the DMV paperwork properly and I have been fighting with my insurance company and finance company with getting the car paid for. My insurance company cannot pay it off because its not in my name. I cannot register it in my name and am in a position where I am paying for a car that has been totaled since the first day of ownership. I got to drive it about an hour before the accident. I am out $7,000.00 for my down payment and 5 months of car payments $2,763.82 on a car that has been totaled since day 1. I also had to rent a car to drive back from Oregon due to my concussion. (Doctors said I couldn't fly back home) I am racking up thousands of dollars of medical expense due to the injury to my knee and the loss of work. I am getting treated like a criminal and all I've done is try to buy what I thought was a good running, reliable and safe car. I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB and turning this over to our families attorney for adjudication. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS CAR DEALER! THEY ARE SELLING CARS THAT ARE NOT SAFE AND PUT MY LIFE IN JEOPARDY!

I bought a truck under 2 years ago and it has already

I bought a truck under 2 years ago and it has already broke down. My issue is that when I purchased the truck they were so amped up to sell me the extended warranty that I trusted them when they told me all I would have to pay is a $100 deductible. Well actually that is incorrect. You need to make sure when you purchase a vehicle from them, which I do not recommend, you need to read all the fine print and do not purchase the extended warranty get it from some where else. Their extended warranty in fine print states that they only cover up to $125 an hour for repairs. There is no shop in central oregon that is that cheap. Then when it comes to parts the warranty company finds the cheapest part around whether it is new, used, refurbished they don't care as long as it is the cheapest. So you don't always get actually manufactured parts that should be put on your vehicle. I first took my truck to auto kings for repair they said they could not do it so they sent it to dodge dealership for them to fix it. They got the authorization from the warranty company and after all said and done I am going to be out $1200. So Auto Kings and Liberty Shield both screwed me. So, to sum things up read the fine print if you have to go here to buy a car. I do recommend going somewhere where they will back up what they say.

This was the first time I had gone out on my own to buy a car and everyone was so friendly and was did whatever they could to get me the best deal possible. By far the best dealership I’ve ever gone to to try and by from.

Just the worst

This was the worst car buying experience that I've ever had. They sold me a truck that would just turn off. Then when I asked them about it they wouldn't do anything about it

wont respond

Found a vehicle online. Send email showing interest. No reply. No returned phone call. Distance maybe a problem. Afraid this may be an old gas station car lot. No one to answer phone. Sounds sketchy if they really want to sell cars.
