Within minutes of requesting information on my CX-9 via the website, I received a call from my sales representative, Chad Dewald. That was the beginning of the excellent service I received from him and the entire dealership. The evening we drove down from Ann Arbor to purchase the car we met the owner, Bill Gaietto, who offered to deliver the car to us so we didn't have to make another trip. We didn't think he meant personally, but he and Chad were at our house the very next day. I'm truly glad we bought our car from Mazda Direct and this great team.
