Was not shopping for a new car. Wanted to sell them my old car. After giving them my VIN to sell my car, and setting up an appointment for noon Monday, I got there at noon. Staff very friendly. We waited for Muhamett for 45 minutes. He was at other office down the block. We go out to look at my vehicle and the price he gave me was a almost 2K less! He said I didn’t know it was manual. I said I gave you all the information and guess he’s to busy to even look. How lazy and wasted my time!!!

I see all those negative reviews here, but my experience was the best-ever. I decided long ago to only go to places with "no haggle" pricing, I already bought a previous car this way and loved it. MM has it clear as day on their website: listed price + $1995 down + $500 if you don't finance (to make up for their commission). Take it or leave it. I liked (and bought) the first car that I had on my shortlist. The entire process took 45 minutes, and I would have driven off the lot with the car the same day if it hadn't been the MLK holiday with the bank closed. I worked with JC and this was the best car buying experience ever. The store is clean, bright, and the guys were super-friendly. Yesterday the registration sticker arrived in the mail. I already pointed my daughter, who is looking to upgrade to another car, their way. What else can I say?

Stay away!!! These guys are as fraudulent as you can get with selling cars which is saying alot. They change their advertised prices and tell you it was a mistake when you call them out about it. It will take months to get your tags if you ever get them. All of their good reviews are from employees and family. The Better Business Bureau is finally starting to understand their fraudulent business practices and questioning their ethics. Please stay away you will thank me.

Bought a vehicle in June. They refuse to send me the registration paperwork. Now they won’t answer the phone. Forced to now come out of pocket to start a lawsuit against these crooks. If you read this just know I’m coming after you for everything possible. Better hope your dumb xxx didn’t intermingle your personal and business accounts.

They advertise cars for a price and when you show up they tell you that that’s the price after a down payment. Shady sales practices, I wouldn’t do business with them. Honestly is the best policy and it’s highly unlikely you are going to find it here.

I went to the dealership to look for a Mazda CX3 they had advertised, that i had also called about it the evening before and they said come in. When I arrived they said they sold it "last night." I wasn't mad. They offered i looked around and i did, I found a Chevy Equinox with some dings and dents but i liked it. I returned the following day with my fiance to look again and go over the price, she liked it. After we spoke to JC (Juan Carlos)he informed us its not the actual price its after $2000 down.. Still not mad..also since were buying cash its another $500 on top..again not mad.. we settled on cost (down payment,taxes, DMV, dealer fee, etc) i agreed to the price and i returned the following day ready to close the deal. He goes into his office and comes back saying "The big boss wont let me let it go for that price. Were going to need another $1000 if you don't buy a warranty from us." Mind you its the advertised price, plus extra money already and in our negotiations we never spoke of any warranty nor was I interest. Against my better judgement because i was already getting overcharged I told him the most ill do is an $500 extra. He just said he cant do it and let me walk. NOW IM MAD!!! After all that BS regarding the charges and two days of negotiation I left due to a broken agreement, shady sales tactics, fake prices, and overall horrible experience. This place honestly was the worst experience Iv ever had buying a car. I have told countless people about how poorly they do business here.

Lists a car for $11,000 but that's AFTER $2,000 down (in fine print) plus another $500 if you don't finance through them. Why not just list at $13,500? xxx

Dishonest! Do not trust them. We agreed upon a price for a car with the salesperson who consulted with his manager. We then left a deposit. We then did all the work of securing the funds and getting the car ready to be insured. We called the next morning excited to pick up the vehicle only to be told that the owner would not allow the car to be sold at the agreed upon price. What a joke! Stay away!!!

I went to this place after having read positive reviews online. Immediately after having arrived, I was greeted by one of their salesman JC. He was very nice and easy to talk too. JC took his time and explained everything thoroughly. He was honest and straight to the point! He was very friendly and funny. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Gran Cherokee and I love it!!! Ask for JC, he’ll take very good care of you!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!I highly recommend this place and I will refer friends and coworkers to this place!
