We purchased a new Honda Civic from the GM, Marc.

We purchased a new Honda Civic from the GM, Marc. We had called over 20 dealerships across the country. Mark gave us not only the best deal but shipped it6 to us the next day! Highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP!

Best car buying experience ever! I had called all over the country for a 2022 Honda Civic. Not only did I get the best price from Marc but it was handled long distance over the phone. He then arranged to have shipped to us the very next day. Incredible experience!

We purchased a used vehicle.

We purchased a used vehicle. I would never recommend Brad Deer Honda. They said they inspected the vehicle. We found a couple minor issues before purchasing. Nothing major. Then after a week or so, found major issues. Then it was one recall after another. They didn't check for recalls. We traded in the vehicle 9 months later because it was going to become a lemon. The dealership we traded it to, who was honest took it to a whole-seller because they found issues with the suspension. They didn't want to invest money to fix it. Pure junk. They played games with the pricing at Brad Deery. Didn't feel important. They just wanted the sale and found a sucker for their piece of junk.

Safety Is Not The Priority

Me and my family drove from Kansas to purchase this car, only to be misled about the quality and service. I was told that the car had been evaluated and passed all safety inspections and that we had agreed on a set price. However, it was clear once I drove the vehicle that that was not true. The car was shaking vigorously and incessantly anytime the speed went higher than 45 mph. To make matters worse, the manager, when confronted, insisted that he could “drive the car anywhere [he] wanted” and that I only “wanted [him] to spend more money [on the car]”. He yelled and everyone in the dealership could hear our “private” negotiations. He behaved inappropriately and disrespectfully.

Deery Honda will Rob you blind

Do not use this dealership to service your Honda. They will try to rip you off. My CR-V is four years old and has 20,000 miles. I’ve always taken it to the dealership for oil changes and tire rotations. Every single time I take it in they try to upswell me to let them change filters and other things. Today they tried to get me to spend an additional $650 on things there is no way my car with 20,000 miles needs. Total screws, they will never service my car again and I will tell everyone and anyone about their unethical practices.

Exceptional service!

Exceptional service! Pleasure doing business with. Sales and finance team had to work long distance with me. They made the whole buying process easy and smooth.

Best car dealer ever!!

This store is top notch! We have purchased many cars over the years and let me tell you this team is amazing. They made the process simple and fun. Everyone should give them a chance and I promise you wont regret it.

Cost me an extra $500 to buy this car

I traded my car with a full tank off, received my new car on empty. That $100! No second key Bob, and they said 'They'd make sure I got a second one. Nope it will cost me about 400 from a ford dealer. Car was advertised with sun roof. We really didn't notice that it didn't have one till the deal was being made. They were a bit pushy. Anything to get you to buy a car.

Brad Deery Honda and the GM are first class!

With inventory being limited locally, I decided to search farther away from home. I received an email response right away from Mark. He was very glad to help and offered to deliver the new Honda at no charge (I'm in Chicago). He did not play any games and gave me a price upfront. The paperwork and delivery were just as he described. I will definitely do business with him again! Brad Deery Honda has a good one, he made this buying experience simple!!!
