Easy w/ minimal stress
I called Rosen Nissan cuz the constant variable transmission (CVT) failed on our Altima. The service manager I spoke with, Franz, was the total opposite of any service manager I’ve encountered at other dealership. Franz was courteous, welcoming & explained everything with respect to how Rosen would work w/ Nissan to get my car fixed under Nissan power train warranty. My car was towed in Monday. Examined Wednesday afternoon. Transmission arrived Thursday morning and installed by Thursday afternoon. Besides fixing the transmission, Franz looked for active Nissan recalls, and found that my steering column had been recalled. Rosen replaced that too. All in all very impressed w/ Rosen. Franz called and reported every step of the repair process. I left Rosen w/ $5300 in free repair work! All because Rosen (w/ Nissan) stepped up to help out. In my experience, people don’t come across that type of responsibility. My family would’ve been in a very bad place without them. You may’ve noticed my overall rating is 4 stars good, while my other service ratings are 5 stars excellent. This is due to what I felt as an “unnecessary” repair that was recommended toward the end of my visit. I just respectfully declined, and Rosen didn’t pressure me any further. I will be going back to Rosen in the future. 👍👍👍👍👍

Help, in an unexpected time of need
We were recently on a road trip from Milwaukee to Viroqua, WI on a very hot day Saturday morning while passing through the South Madison, WI area noticed a considerable volume of what appeared to be water entering the passenger footwell everytime we made a left turn. Just a couple minutes later we fortunately noticed a Rosen Nissan dealership along the freeway so decided to stop. We were pleased to see that the service department had Saturday hours and were greeted by the service writer, Bill, who listened to our problem and engaged a technician, Mike, who then proceeded to diagnose the problem. This was made a little more challenging given that our car is a 1991 Nissan 300ZX which at the time was 27 yrs. old. The source of the problem was determined to be a plugged A/C condensate drain and they had us back on our way in less than 30 min. Can’t thank them both enough for not only quickly fixing the problem, but also their friendly, professional and generous personalities and nature. Not to mention we live in Milwaukee (90mi East) so the opportunity to earn our regular business at their Madison location logistically is unlikely. The dealership is lucky to have and smart to have them both on staff. Rosen, along with Nissan should be proud to have them both representing their brands. Thanks Again Bill & Mike!

Great vibe walking in and a greater deal coming out!
From the minute we walked in the door we knew this dealership is different. Everyone greeted us with a friendly smile and a hello. They stressed that they would like to make a long-time customer out of us rather than worry about possibly losing a little money on our first deal. When it came time to compare pricing with another dealership they ended up beating the price. We walked out with a new car in an hour

I was actually shocked at how friendly and accommodating both Kory and Terri were. It was by far the best purchase experience ever! I will most certainly be recommending these two to all of my friends and relatives.

Excellent buying experience!
I went in because I was in desperate need of a new vehicle. I am so glad that I had Kory and Terri on my side. They got me into a great vehicle but most importantly, they treated me with dignity, respect and compassion. Not a lot of car dealers will do that. I appreciate everything that they did for me.

awful service by Manager and mechanical
The service to the client on the part of the mechanics and the managers is awful !!!! The customer service by the seller is fantastic. I bought a vehicle, the air conditioning did not work, I called the mechanic many times, I left a message and I never returned the call, I went to the manager because I had plans to go out with the family for the Memorial Weekend, and he just said im sorry im not mechanical. After he left, and did not return, he went out to smoke a cigarette and talk with other people, and never found a solution for it. A dealer with quality and prestige should not give a service like that, they should look for a solution, but they are incompetent and can not give a solution, they solve it by saying "IM SORRY". The managers of Rossen Nissan Madison are not responsible.

Great People!
We came up to Madison to purchase a CRV. We had been looking for the last few weeks around Milwaukee and finally saw a better deal up in Madison. When we got there, we were noticeably tired and have to admit- a bit impatient as this was probably our 5th or 6th dealership. We talked to Jeff Murray and Freddy Rangel. Both were amazing people! They were so patient with us and did they very best to work with our needs as well. They kept a very positive attitude and a smile on their face, and made sure we understood the financing and that it suited us. Freddy was young, but he was very respectful and he genuinely made us feel grateful. Thank you very much, Jeff and Freddy! I am very happy we finally found a dealership that was reasonable and kind!
