Quick, accurate & pleasant

I love coming here. The waiting area is super comfy and connected. Treats and clean restrooms, reasonable pricing and fast, quality work. I feel respected and not taken for granted.

Was not the experience I was looking for.

We did not care that we were talking on the phone and dealing with 1 person. Made an appt and a down payment to hold a vehicle since we were from out of town. Then we walk in and get a random sales associate who knew nothing about our appointment or what we were coming for. We were told the lady we were talking with was just the "online associate". Then the sales manager had taken the keys the night before so we had to wait for him to come in before we could even see the car we were there to look at. The sales associate didn't give us accurate information on the vehicle. We found out later some of things he said it had or came with, did not. When we called the sales manager to honor them, he said no. He was wrong. Also, there were items advertised on the online listing that were not there. They wouldn't honor that either! Said I guess it was put in wrong... AND the process to look at and buy the vehicle was 4 hours.... we came with the one car we wanted already in mind. We didn't even have to look... There are more things we are not happy with, but I don't care to waste more time listing them when they obviously don't care anyway

Wasn't what we were expecting

Better than We Expected

Car buying has never been a good experience for us, especially when buying a used car, but our experience at Rosen Nissan in Madison was actually pleasant! Our salesman, Keith Norris, was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very good at his job. Great customer service from him and everyone else we came in contact with. We highly recommend this dealership.

Better Than We Expected

Car buying has never been a good experience for us, especially when buying a used car, but our experience at Rosen Nissan in Madison was actually pleasant! Our salesman, Keith Norris, was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very good at his job. Great customer service from him and everyone else we came in contact with. I recommend the Service Center but not Sales

I love the Service department. They are so nice and helpful and always keep me informed. THEE only reason for the 5 stars is because I love the service department. If I could grade separately for sales, they would most definitely get 0 stars!! Why? Well I had a difficult situation but they never kept in contact with me. Ran my credit the first time I went in, 4 times!! Never gave my permission for that. After I complained, they ran it more. But NEVER contacted me! Again, service center is wonderful but I will never buy a car there, ever.

Fincance woman is awful

Worked with Ethan. He was aweomse. At the end, I had to do the financial stuff with some woman in the back office, and she was the worst person I have ever talked to. Fully concealed information about my APR, and then proceeded to intimidate my wife regarding their “wraps”. Good salesman, bad everyone else.

Great Service and Willing to Work with You

The dealership is very clean and nice and the staff are super friendly. Keith welcomed me upon arrival and listened to what I wanted for my car. I told him the price point I wanted to stay at and he didn’t try and push me into something I wasn’t comfortable with. He got me the cars I wanted to test drive and I fell in love with the one I originally came to look at. He worked with me and helped me transfer my belongings from my trade-in to my new car. He even helped me unhook my stereo system in my trunk so I could keep that with me! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks Keith for all your help! Will definitely be coming here again when I need a new car.
