I ENJOYED DRIVING MY NEW TRUCK HOME

The process of buying the truck was very nice. I felt no pressure, Kory followed my pace each step of the way. He and his co-workers were quick and accurate. I will recommend Kory and Rosen Nissan to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Excellent buying experience

Pleasant buying experience

Everyone we interacted with at Rosen were friendly & courteous. Tara who set up an appointment for us, our salesman Kory, the manager Patrick, the gentleman who prepped our new Rogue (didn't catch his name, he was wearing an Urlacher jersey, Go Bears) were all polite, friendly and professional. It is exceptional to have a staff who actually make you feel that you are a person, not just someone they have to deal with because that is their "job" There wasn't any high pressure, just a pleasurable buying experience. Highly recommend Rosen.

Joey did an awesome job!!

We have never bought a vehicle from Rosen, but we will continue to in the future. No dirty sales tricks, or bait and switch. They were professional from start to finish.

Unprofessional

It is impossible to get a service appointment (messages left during the day but no phone calls were returned). Atmosphere at the dealership is unprofessional (sales people talking about clients in front of other customers). Service is always followed with solicitation to sell my Nissan. Overall, not a good experience. I will be driving out to Zimbrick Nissan for service in the future.

Wonderful, friendly & informative.

All went very smoothly, once I DECIDED WHAT I wanted. Jeremy told me about the car I wanted and then my daughter, spouse and I took it for a ride.

A Positive Experience

I had a positive experience with Rosen Nissan from calling to schedule a service appointment to paying for the work done and picking up my vehicle. I was able to schedule a time convenient to me. Due to the extent of the work being done I was given a rental car at no cost to me. The assistant service manager went over the work they planned to do for me and gave me an accurate quote on the coast. The service staff was helpful, pleasant and polite.

Thanks For The Nissan Sentra!

Me and my son walked into Rosen Nissan Madison around 3:15p on Fight Night Saturday after receiving a pre-approval letter in the mail. I was unsure about my likeliness of getting approved for a lease seeing that my credit situation wasn't the best. Kory Branton (Salesperson) was the first person that offered me help and I must say he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! After being denied consultation from another dealership earlier that day, my hopes were completely down but Kory changed that immediately! I have never in my lifetime seen an individual work so hard and efficient to make something happen with so much patience. Kory, along with the rest of the team (Ed [Finance Guy], Cory [Sales Manger]); could have easily turned us around at anytime and told us to come back but instead they were willing to stay an HOUR AFTER closing time in order to help us! We are so grateful that you all were willing to sacrifice your time and patience to assist us with our purchase! Words can not explain how much this means to us and how much this moment has helped our family here in Madison. My son was so impressed with you all's service that he no longer wishes to pursue Chevy & Jeep products. He wants to purchase a Nissan so that he could do business with you all again. Thank you all so much! P.S. Kory you are the absolute best sales person we have come across and with your work ethic you will make it so far in life beyond all of your expectations!
