They are very good at what they do very friendly making sure your satisfied I would shop there again and recommend anybody to do so as well best of all my car is in good working order they made sure of that thank you for this experience.

My experience with this dealership is not one that I can give more than one star too. I went back repeatedly amount of times for an issue that they were supposed to fix. They had me running around back-and-forth for a $50 part. Not even one week after getting my car, I needed to get a jumpstart. No more than two months after owning my car I need to put a brand new battery in it. You can’t tell me that this car didn’t need a new battery when I bought it. I will never ever buy a car from this dealership again. Buyer beware!!!

Called to see a car advertised on their site...they said sure, and when we were 1/2 way there they called to say it's "being serviced at another location". So basically a bait and switch. BEWARE.

I requested a test drive for a Toyota Tacoma they had advertised for sale. I got confirmation that the time I requested was available. I then confirmed via email. I show up to the Nashua dealership and am told that the truck is being serviced so isn't available for a test drive. That would have been nice to know before I wasted two hours of my afternoon getting there and back. Then after I left I get an email from the person I had confirmed everything with that they will see me soon. Are you kidding me!!! Their mission is to provide exceptional service to their customers and employees. Epic fail on that.
