Write a reviewWe were shopping for a new car to replace our Accord. I asked the seasoned sales rep what kind of chains we could use. He all but claimed Subarus are magic. When I stated even actual 4-wheel drives were required to chain up on occassion, he became insulting. I've driven Snoqualmie Pass and Stevens Pass no less than 300 times over the last 7 decades, and even 4-wheel drives were required to chain up on rare occasions. The truth is, chains exit for a reason, and even 4x4's run them for a reason. The insulting behavior of that agent cost them a sale. We went elsewhere and bought our next car. NOW, 7 years later, 2 calls to service for an air conditioner issue and the promised return calls didn't take place. Yeah, that's the kind of service everyone wants. Go Honda.

Taylor Boise!! Excellent saleswoman! She listened to what we needed, our budget, our purpose for our college age daughters safety! Within eight hours we were driving home with a car! She went above and beyond to find what we needed and even stayed late to help us finance and seal the deal. Taylor is sharp, quick to respond, transparent, and honest. WOW! Hopeful that future dealings with car dealerships is as personal and pleasant!

Ordered a 2021 wrx and patiently waited for months for the car to arrive at the Pasco dealership. I put 1000 down to order the car. When it finally arrived on a Friday I was out of town, left message with salesman Oscar that I could pick it up Monday. Called dealership. They said Oscar wouldnt be in till Wednesday. I patiently waited so this man could get his commission. On Tuesday Oscar called and said my car was gone! Through an inexplicable screwup, it had been sold to someone else! I got my deposit back and took business elsewhere.

I had spoken a salesperson before at this dealership, alas he was not available for me to meet with. We were met by a young man who had more savvy and was more informative than any salesperson I've had the time to meet. A qualified man I highly recommend for anyone who wants to purchase a car from. My wife and I were impressed by his eas of salesmanship. WE had a great time within the dealership and the process was painless.
