Pricebusters/123 auto never turned the title to a truck i bought over to tbe finance company they sold my loan to. Three years later trying to sell the vehicle DMV tells me pricebusters/123 is still on as lein holder. Going on two weeks they have still not called me back after my initial call to them

I called them about a vehicle. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very short. He has absolutely no customer service skills. He could provide no information about the vehicle, would not have his mechanic take a look at it, would not provide a car fax. Why waste my time, energy, and money to go out to a dealer who clearly did not want to sell the car? I would NOT recommend anyone do business with this dealer. They don't know anything about their cars and they obviously don't know what they're doing. I have 10+ years in customer service and could definitely do a better job. Don't waste your time on them, they're not worth it.
