We are Ronn and Katsuko Nadeau, residing in Olivette. We got interested in looking at Toyotas from a Bommarito mailer. Phoned them, talked to a salesman named James, and we arranged a meeting for 9:30 AM next day. As we walked through the door we met James Ochs. We sat down with him and learned stuff about each other. Turned out he was very interested in Japanese culture and language and we had some acquaintances in common. Katsuko described what she needed, we took a ride in a Prius-C that she very much liked, and then James explained details about the car, prices, and the surprisingly generous services provided at Bommarito Toyota. We purchased the car. Before we drove off with it, James spent considerable time patiently explaining all the features of our car. James and other members of the Bommarito team gave us what we both felt was the best car buying experience we have ever had. This rating is for the overall service but Sal Aslum and Angel gets five stars. They were straightforward with me and eased my fears about purchasing a new car.

Sal , the Bommatito salesperson was so professional, courteous and customer focused from the start of my buying process until completion. I had many (probably too many) questions and concerns along the way. It had been a long time since I had purchased a new vehicle, he understood that and was very patient. He listened to the customer instead of doing all of the talking. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Went here to buy a car many years ago but didn't. I came back 4-5 years later and Tommy still remembers my name. He was really friendly and patient with us, and also very knowledgeable. He does everything he can to make us happy. Overall pleasant experience.
