Excellent service from Tommy!!

I came to Bommarito Toyota for a used Toyota Corolla. I looked on their website and they had a few cars to choose from so I made my way across the river. When we walked in the door we were cheerfully greeted by Tommy. We told him what we were coming in for and he was not pushy at all. We talked about pricing and he brought a car around that was in our price range and it was the one I ended up buying. It was late in the evening and they were still calm and patient with us. He was great over all, not pushy, explained everything and it was such a smooth process. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Tommy to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Purchaser of a new Toyota Truck

They were very professional. We told them what we wanted, what we could pay for and they delivered. The financing seemed to take the longest, but in the end, they set us up with a payment that fit our budget. Cody was great, he was a rock of encouragement, he kept assuring us that it would work for the best.

Great experience

James Ochs was an excellent salesman who worked hard to give me a deal that worked with my budget!! I will recommend this dealership to anyone. The process was pretty smooth. All my questions and concerns were answered properly and we were out with a new vehicle the next day ! No pressure on the customers. Large Inventory of vehicles to choose from. Its was great working with these guys to get my new car out with me !

Unpleasant

my son's first car buying experience was a disaster. sorry car he liked 2012 Corolla and had cosmetic issues honest salesperson promised they would fix dents and scratches and said other than that the car was fine. gave copy of Carfax to son who purchased car a few days later after waiting for cosmetic repairs. he bought the car even though cosmetic repairs were not done. Drove it off the lot and in less than two hours experienced many electronic problems. VIN number was run by family friend and it was discovered that Carfax was wrong. Car had been in two accidents. Returned car to Bommarito. Salesperson's nonchalant attitude did not help. sales manager promised 2014 Corolla at similar price of 2012. That was not the case. Note is higher. I tried to encourage my son to go to a different dealership but he was excited about new car and wanted to continue where he started because he didn't want to be denied financing somewhere else. the 2014 had dirty car mats in the trunk and salesperson promised new mats. However they were not given and my son was told later they would cost over $100. I purchased a Bommarito Mazda in the past and I know the Bommarito name normally represents quality. however this experience was terrible. I would not recommend Bommarito Toyota to anyone at this time. Hopefully things will improve and the Bommarito quality and good name will be seen at this location in the future. I don't know if the staff are former Clay Cooley employees but they are certainly are giving Bommarito a bad name.

Service Worth A Smile

On my second attempt at this dealership, I was given the service every customer should always receive. Tesha was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly in assisting me in purchasing the automobile I was looking for. If I believed in cloning I would say clone her and put one over the service department. It was great to be able to shop at the nearest Toyota dealership and finally get that service I deserve and with a friendly face. Normally I wouldn't take the time to do a lengthy survey but you are well worth it! Thanks again Tesha

Car not ready to take out of DEALER. Paperwork to take, BAD

Here are the problems: 1. Warning tire lite was on because dealer did not put enough air in tires, and I had to go to Jiffy Lube next to the dealer (Tires had to have 30 LB air and had under 30). Told the dealer before I leave the LOT and they ignored me. 2. License Plate was put on with one screw. It is falling off any time. 3. The financial guy who was to give me my paper work, said his system does not print it so he gave m NON of his paper (except BUYWE's order). I can not get my license plate now until he mails it to me. He said three weeks before I get it. This is amazing. Very irresponsible staff. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership and I want them to contact me ASAP and make me satisfied with this deal. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!
