I made the mistake of giving them my phone number after a test drive. They called me a few days later to follow up. When I told the first guy who called that I was at work and wasn't interested he said ok. Then his finance guy called me five minutes later and I told him the same thing. Twnety minutes after that their manager called me. They won't take no for an answer.

I do apologize that you felt we were pushy with your experience here. We try very hard to provide a good customer experience and just want to make sure we answer questions and follow up so you know that you are not forgotten. Poor customer service
To start, I will never recommend anyone to give even a shred of thought about doing business here. I contacted inquiring about a used GMC, and was told that it was still in their inventory. I proceeded to schedule an appointment the same day to take a look at it. Upon arriving in Burley from Buhl, it is brought to my attention that said vehicle is not even in their possession, and that it is currently in Utah. So why would a salesman tell me it was at their dealership? Seems like a tactic used to deceive people into coming in, and proceed to suggest a new vehicle (which is exactly what happened). The salesman proceeded to tell me that if we could work out the right numbers, they would try to get the GMC back. Sounds good right? Not so much. A reasonable price was offered and down payment was paid, so that hopefully it would be reserved. I was told to come back the next morning, so that everything could be finalized for when the vehicle arrived. On the next morning I am called, and told that they were having issues with their dealership in Utah, over who should have possession of the vehicle. The salesman suggested I wait to drive over until the issue is resolved. I continue to wait all day with the only update coming after requested. Later that evening I receive a call stating that the vehicle was sold. He proceeds to apologize, and says they will ensure everything will be returned to me. Of course he had to mention that I should take a look at the rest of their inventory. That will not be happening. To drive home the point. No recommendation will be made by me to visit this business. I for one hope they never use a motto relating to customer service. There is quite a bit of work to be done in that department. The leadership, or lack of leadership should take a good look at how their employees are trained, and take the necessary steps to ensure a scenario like this never plays out again.

Disappointed Local
Very disappointed in the quality of the repair received at the Young Jeep service department. I brought in a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee to have a Radiator replaced, a Transmission service, and an oil/filter change. I was quoted a total price of right around $1700.00. ($1000-$1100 for the radiator/labor, $350 for the transmission service, $29.00 for the oil change, and right around 300-350 for misc things such as air filters/fluids/environmental fees etc...) What I got was a new radiator, and a ruined transmission. I left the dealership after paying my bill of $1737, literally drove 1 mile, and then had no use of my transmission. COMPLETELY DEAD. Keep in mind that the transmission was strong, with no slippage or issues before bringing it into the dealership. At issue is the fact that they did not do a service as promised. They simply did a flush of the system. If they had done a proper service, then they would have noticed if anything was wrong, and advised the customer of it. It?s is not right that my vehicle left in a worse condition than when I left it, especially after dropping a large sum of money with them. I also have an issue with them doing a alignment on my vehicle without my permission, and then charging me $75.00 that was not agreed upon. I have a different tire company do all of my wheel/suspension work. (My tires were needing replaced, and I was going to have the alignment done when I got the new tires.) Oh... might I add that the oil change was not done either.... The ?remedy? that they came up with was to install a used transmission (with no warranty) at a total cost of $2700.00, and they would cover $900.00 (half of the labor costs). I have priced a transmission (with a 2 year warranty) at a different mechanic for a total cost of $1700.00. So logically why would I go back to them? Obviously overpriced. Personally I feel that since they ruined the transmission that they should be responsible for replacement. I don?t think I will ever drop another dime in this dealership, either to purchase a new vehicle or definitely not in their service. I feel like I was taken advantage of and there are plenty of other dealerships within a reasonable distance that can take better care of their customers.

Bad sales staff
Called to discuss truck with salesperson. She said she would call back in 15 to 20 mins. No return call and waited over 2 hours. Called her and left a message still no return call. Called the main office talked to another associate and he said someone will call you shortly. 5 hours later still no call. I just asked what is the condition of the truck before I drove down there the pictures on the web looked as there were dents on the truck. Bad salesman equal bad service equal bad place to do business.

Amazing Experience
I had a fantastic experience buying my first car. Teague Smyer was the sales associate who helped me find the perfect car for me with amazing customer service and to stay within the price range I was looking for, something other sales associates at other dealers didn't know how to understand that.
