My wife and I bought a 2016 Cherokee Latitude from Young's in Burley in January. We absolutely love the vehicle.. We have had it serviced there and they always do a bang up job on it. We had a problem with the heater not getting warm in the cooler fall days and they have worked on it numerous times. Now that the weather is getting colder, the heater is working but they call and make sure everything is ok. Mike Ricondo was our salesman and he worked hard to find the right Jeep for us. We told him what we wanted and he and the team at Young's found us just the right one. They gave us a great deal to and were within the budget we had set for ourselves. Can't praise them enough. Thanks Mike and the rest of the folks.

I have all of my service work done at Young Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and now I heard Fiat. They are so nice and easy to schedule an appointment. My windows get cleaned and the floors vacuumed. With 2 kids the floor is always a mess. The service area is very nice and clean and there is a good play area for the kids. We always make sure to say hi to our favorite sales manager Nate Kirk. He always has a bottle of water for us and special treats for the kids. Top notch.
