The majority of staff is friendly.

The majority of staff is friendly. However the mechanics are terrible. Twice I brought my car in for work and twice I had to return because it was not done correctly. They also missed a coolant leak, when I specifically ask for that to be checked. The leak was discovered at the Manhattan dealership a few weeks later. The hood which twice I brought there to be fixed still takes multiple attempts to close correctly. At this point I give up.

I called and spoke to a General manager, who advised me that they will fix my issue. He said that he will have someone in the service department call me in a day or two to schedule an appointment to bring my car in and properly fix the issue. Well three weeks later and no phone call, shows me all I need to know about this dealership. While driving on the interstate my hood pops open. It took me 15 minutes to close the hood. I drove straight to MT Cisco Land Rover dealership to either fix the issue or refund of my money. If you have an issue with your Range Rover I strongly encourage everyone to go to another service location this one is HORRIBLE.

I've now had multiple great experiences with Jay and Jeffrey at the Mount Kisco location. Easily my best team experience in the 10 years I've owned a RR. Consistently going over and beyond with communication, detailing, and loaners as my car gets worked on. 10 out of 10!
