Would give zero stars if possible. This dealership is everything that gives used car dealers a bad name. Austin is a liar who will do and say anything to make a sale. Was in on 29 Jun 2024 to buy a truck. Initially everything good and I completed transaction. Over the next couple days I realized the truck as been in an accident. It has had sever damage which was poorly repaired and even a bent rear axle rendering the truck unsafe to drive. These people don't care about you or any danger they put you or your family into as long as they make some money. I haven't even seen the full estimate to repair the, as Austin put it, "great" truck he sold me but I expect it to be well over 5k and maybe over 10k. After all this I was able to speak to them one time. Once they realized that I knew about the issues with the truck they completely ghosted me. This problem must occur often enough that they screen the calls to the main office. I can not say this strongly enough. Do not walk run from this dealer

Had been looking for a car for about a month and this dealership popped up with one. They were about an hour and a half away so wasn’t too optimistic. Emailed back and forth with Austin and everything seemed to good to be true. Told me everything I wanted to hear told me he’d make it worth my while and give me top dollar for my trade and wouldn’t give me any run around. We drove up and he made good on everything he told me. Not one unpleasant or unexpected thing the whole way. Have already given his contact to a girl that works for me who is looking. I’m a hard to please guy too, so that’s saying something. It’s a smaller lot but good selection of nice newer cars. Seriously amazing experience.

We stopped by Ponca Auto on Saturday looking for a used truck, we were looking at a 2011 Dodge pick up. It was in very good condition and Angie took care of us like you want to be. Financing was also easy, got our new insurance card and drove the truck home

I am so impressed with the service we were provided! We have Edward an idea of what we wanted, he found it. We told him what we wanted to pay down and monthly, THE OWNER found us financing we could live with, Angie even brought paperwork to my husband and I to make things easier and in less than a day we left with our low mileage newer, used car! I am so impressed with this dealership! Top notch service! I will definitely do more business with them!

Ladies were very friendly and knowledgeable. Low pressure and easy to negotiate with. Lot has great selection of used vehicles and especially used trucks. Truck was exactly as described. Kind of people you would just hang out with if you weren't buying a vehicle. The way truck buying ought to be!
