Write a reviewI Bought a car from Joseph Emmanuel he told me it would pass inspection. When I went to get a sticker it failed on emissions and headlights didn’t work. He refused to pay for repairs. I also left my old vehicle at the lot and agreed to let him sell it for me. He agreed to give me $1200.00 for it after it sold. He sold the car and had only giving me $200.00 dollars so far. I have been calling and texting him constantly for the past 3 months and continues to give me excuses on why he can’t pay me. Do not do business with this crook.
