WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A HIGHLANDER PLATINUM SUV 2021. AND, OUR SALES ASSOCIATE, SANDY, WAS TERRIFIC! HOWEVER, THE WAIT TIME FOR THE FINANCE DEPT. WAS 5 HOURS!! OMG...FOR THIS REASON WE WILL NOT REFER TO THIS LOCATION. WE DID NOT HAVE A COMPLICATED SITUATION. WE WERE NOT GIVEN ANY EXPLANATION THAT MADE ANY SENSE AS TO WHY THEY MADE US WAIT 1/2 A DAY TO CLOSE THE DEAL. AS TWO LOCAL PROFESSIONALS THAT ALSO OWN LOCAL SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSES. THIS WAS NOT THE CUSTOMER CARE YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A DEALERSHIP IN WHICH IS LISTED ONLINE WITH HIGH REGARDS.

I already posted in the comments section about Nick Nardello. He did a great job of hanging in there during my internet search. I had given up on Toyota, but Nick saved the day and I purchased the car from Sun, due to Nick.

Everyone was very welcoming when we arrived. We took a test drive and the sales rep was super nice and informative. We had just started looking so we were not ready to buy yet, and we were visiting from out of state, otherwise we would have been back when we finally decided to buy:)

The experience was nice and smooth. Micheal Shumaker is very nice and helped me get my first car along with everything set up for me.

Brandon was a pleasure to meet . He keep in contact with me leading up to my purchase as I had a small window to get a new vehicle. Was very nice to my family and even helped carry my daughters carseat around the dealership . Hes a very well rounded man and I i would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car . Honest individual and tried his best to get the deal that fit our budget .

Sandy contacted me when I was looking for a brand new Rav4 to purchase. I kept searching the internet and was determined to get a TRD model. She constantly communicated with me and when the right car came in, she emailed me so I could come be the first one to test drive it! She was busy when I came in so I completed my transaction with Chris, but it wouldn’t have happened without Sandy getting me in there! Both did a great job and would recommend! :)
