I had an amazing car buying experience at Trust Auto! After searching for a very specific used Range Rover and finding it on their website, I was able to arrange coming in the same day and out the door with my vehicle purchase complete within a few hours (test drive to paperwork). I have bought and leased luxury cars before, but always through a major/chain dealership and never through an independent dealer. I can honestly say it was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experiences I've had! Steve, Russ, and the rest of the team was so accommodating and great to work with. Steve even took a walk-around of the vehicle prior to me coming in and provided me some some additional photos. The price was fair and reasonable, the financing was super easy and they worked with all the major banks and credit unions, and paper work was a breeze. There were a few very minor dings on the door which can be expected on a used vehicle (from other car doors and such) and they fixed them for me to make it look flawless. Their team from sales to service was spot on and I highly recommend for your next used car purchase!

I’ve purchased about fifteen cars in my life, and know that the process can be frustrating and stressful, so my automatic expectation is usually “roll up your sleeves, this is going to be a bumpy ride!” That did not happen. Every step of the process went very smoothly. We actually spent more time chatting about family stuff, and other things, than we did during the actual car buying process. David was very personable, and professional, and it was obvious that he really enjoyed what he did. He really connects with people. Also, when I was sitting and waiting for the paperwork to be completed, I looked around, and noticed that the business was very organized, efficient, and everyone looked very relaxed, including the customers. That just doesn’t happen by accident, a lot of hard work and thought goes into creating that type of environment. I would have no problem recommending Trust Auto, and our salesperson David to anyone.
