Financial Pressure, Defective Vehicle, and Extremely Disturbing Experience!!!!!!! My experience with AUTO BY TOM INC has been one of the most stressful and disturbing situations I have ever faced as a consumer. I purchased a vehicle on the night of January 31st. Almost immediately, the car showed serious mechanical problems. The vehicle was clearly not in reliable condition, and I returned it right away. Instead of resolving the issue professionally and responsibly, I was later informed that I would have to pay $3,500 to cancel the contract with the finance company. I do not have this kind of money — and more importantly, no customer should be pressured to pay thousands of dollars to undo a deal involving a defective vehicle. Being told that I must pay $3,500 after returning a car that had mechanical problems feels extremely unfair and financially coercive. This situation has caused me serious emotional stress and fear about potential damage to my credit. Throughout this process, there has been a lack of transparency, delayed documentation, and constant uncertainty about the status of the financing. Instead of feeling supported, I have felt pressured and unprotected. Consumers deserve honesty, clear communication, and ethical business practices — especially when it comes to major financial transactions like vehicle purchases. If you are considering buying a car here, protect yourself: • Inspect the vehicle thoroughly. • Do not rely on verbal assurances. • Confirm financing directly with the lender. • Get everything in writing before signing anything. I would never want anyone else to experience this level of stress and financial pressure. Very disappointed.

Tom were great! Made the whole process smooth and quick and we’re very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing. They answered all my questions and I was out the door quick ( I hate the paperwork part and it was simple and quick). I would definitely refer them and go back to them again!!! Thank you again!!

I cannot get these guys to send me a picture or carfax, even though they said they would. Sounded like a pain to them. Also, they asked me "why are you looking to buy this thing"? 🤷🏻‍♂️ doesn't seem like a professional group.

Tom was my salesperson, and he did a great job. The dealership was nice, and everyone was friendly. everything was easy from a paperwork standpoint. Talking to insurance took longer than actually getting the vehicle. Going to recommend this dealer in the future. Thanks again
