Excellent, Professional Service

I was going out of town the next day and had an emergency. Tracy took care of me. I was so grateful. I had called another dealership, which I have gone to previously when in town. They wouldn't take the time to help me. Tracy listened and understood my urgency. She also calmed me down. She was very professional. I was told my engine was going to fall out while getting new tires that day. Some of the bolts holding it together weren't put back in, others were missing washers and others were barely screwed in. I kept hearing weird noises and asked the guy to see if he saw anything. I am from Arkansas and was going to Minnesota. Tracy took care of me. She told me that it was a very bad situation but my engine wasn't going to fall out. It could have been very dangerous though. I was able to go to Minnesota. Thank You Elgin dealership for saving the day!!!

Detailed car inspection / Very knowledgeable

Service rep was knowledgeable about car/parts and the emailed inspection was very detailed. It will allow me the option to see what I need done right away and what can be put off for later. Thank you for mentioning and taking care of the Air Bag recall. I wasn't aware of that situation before.

Do not trust them!

Derek Johnson Went in to look at a Ford truck on the lot. First off the sales lady was the absolute worst! We were there about 4 hours and most of the time she was flirting with the service guys and completely ignoring what she was supposed to be doing. Secondly I came in with my own financing and told them upfront and SPECIFICALLY told them not to run my credit because I did not want the hit on my credit score. They said that's no problem took my information, I showed them I was approved through my own bank and we were finally out of there. So today I get a letter in the mail stating that Elgin Chrysler dodge and Jeep had applied for financing through Capital one. Do not give them your information or better yet stay as far as you can from this place!

Do not trust them!

Tried to get an approx. price for a Schedule "A", 60,000 mile service for my Jeep but the receptionist stated that they do not know what is included in a Schedule "A" service. Was put on hold for a long period of time and never spoke to anyone in service.

Tracy (my Service person) was very pleasant and helpful Offered me assistance with rental car and called when service was completed And gave me information on how late you are opened and how to return rental car
