BEWARE!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! Bought a truck from them and traded my truck in. This salesperson named Kevin assured me that it was a very good truck. He said he would take care of all the paperwork( getting the title and getting my money for the trade in of my truck.) Now two weeks later and I can't get in touch with anybody. Don't go there, they are BAD BUSINESS!!! I definitely DO NOT recommend this place!!!!!!!

I purchased a car from this car lot last month paid cash and they have been B S me around about my title for weeks now !

Robert Chieco is the xxxx of the earth. He lies, is not a man of his word and his cars are sub par. There is no maintenance done on vehicle prior to selling. Bad juju. Stay away. Wish I had

No wonder the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU rates them a "C" TRULY DISAPPOINTING! ONE PISSED OFF DAD! Purchased my daughter a truck with this incompetent and deceiving company and within a year and a half, I have paid out of pocket $4,009 in parts/labor based on “band aid” fixing. Found proof of parts replaced from junk yards, wire tapping (cut some of the plastic to gain access to the wire however didn’t replace with electrical tape). Had to replace intake manifold, cam, bent rod, VVT solenoid, Powertrain Control Module, Total Integrated Powertrain Module, Oil Pump, Fuel Pump, and the list still goes on. Daughter’s only means of transportation and Surfside would not even entertain any calls to discuss, only received over and over “Sorry the purchase of the truck is AS IS.”

I bought a 2008 F350 DRW Lariat in June '20. i was a little hesitant buying a used dually anywhere but this truck just struck me. so i ended up buying it and it has been a phenomenal truck!! price was fair and I have not had one single MAJOR issue with it so far. only a couple minor things, which was to be expected anyways. Robert assured me it was a great truck and, along with a strict maintenance schedule, it certainly has been. the purchasing process was very straightforward and I HIGHLY recommend checking these guys out.

The guy selling vehicles very rude, none responsive and vehicles look good on outside but beware of the underlined quality. Do not stand by there vehicles.

Got hung up on by Nikki when trying to figure out what was going on with a vehicle my dad and I purchased from these individuals. Nothing but lies. He told them something didn’t seem right with the transmission. Got told to bring it back within 30 days. He had the truck 12 days and was at a business trip in Fl and the transmission went out. Had to get it towed to my house in Georgia. Now dealer has not let us know they got the actual plates. And will not rectify this situation. Said they would email their corporate office. Then said we have to email them so they can email the corporate office. Then lied to me and told me my father cussed him out, which is unlike him. Yet it’s a family owned business so where is corporate. Called again and asked for the plate and was told by a man “then come and xxxxing get them” and was hung up on. The transmission was overfilled and the fluid was dirty with metal shards in it. $40000 paperweight at this point. Would not recommend, save yourselves.

The manager Robert is very very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to do business with him. He is personable and intelligent! I bought a 2017 jeep at an unbelievable low price. His associate Vicki was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with her. The best used car lot I have ever encountered. A rating

My temporary plates are about to expire, and these people have not contacted me back at all after I asked them about a week before my plates expiration date where they were at with getting the plates. Also, I was absolutely certain that we had agreed on 4400 for the car because I even asked, and the person who helped me said she was going to contact her boss, as in, she was going to check and she said that it didn’t look like it was going to be a problem, which was an affirmative for me to pay 4400, come back to find out that the person said, “Oh, no, it was still for 4500” which severely pissed me off because she made no mention about not being able to do the 4400 that we had seemed to make a deal on, and just, god, just bad. Do not come here for any deals and not even for a car, because my car has broken down several times already and they refuse to cooperate and take no ownerships of the fault.

I enjoyed the car buying experience. Easy going and easy to talk to. I will recommend this dealership to others I know. It was a pleasure to buy a car from them.
