When you schedule a service appointment for a front-end alignment a week in advance at the dealership you purchased the vehicle from (80k+) only to be told after waiting for more than an hour after you arrive in the waiting room that they can't do the alignment because the vehicle is too large for the alignment machine, xxx!!! How do you sell a vehicle 2020 Sierra 3500HD Denali Duramax DRW that you can't service? We are currently looking to purchase a new 2024 1 Ton truck to pull our 5th wheel but this dealership won't get another penny of our $!
