Direct Sales & LSG LLC

I've been taken many times when buying a used vehicle. I'm so thankful for Jack and his staff for taking excellent care of me. I recommend Direct Sales and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

They are not honest. They sell vehicles KNOWING THEY HAVE PROBLEMS and then when you call them on it they have nothing to do with you. They are nice as pie when selling the vehicle and a snake as soon as the paperwork is signed. We took our purchased vehicle to get 2 opinions when the vehicle died and BOTH certified opinions stated that there was NO way that the dealer didn't know there was a pre-existing problem and backed up the opinion with facts. Serioulsy, DON'T take the chance, learn from my mistake and just go someplace else. This mistake cost me a hefty tow and right about $3000.00 in repair. I honestly would rate them a ZERO but I can't.
