I don’t want want to say I won’t recommend the dealer, however I was disappointed in the follow-up from them. I inquired about a Chevy Tahoe and asked for follow up information. On two separate occasions I had to re inquire the status of my requests and never got the info I needed to make a decision since I am out of state. All my information was provided including my phone number on the car.com app yet they never called me or even gave me a name in the email responses of who I was talking to! Unfortunate as I really wanted the vehicle!

I’ve never had a buying experience this easy at any dealership. Took the car for test ride by myself, that was different. Karlee got me financing got me a good warranty on the car gave it to me for an excellent price. Nobody stalked me while I was looking to car over, it was really refreshing to be able to lift a vehicle over without somebody chattering in your ear. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I will buy from there again. Larry Hoyt Jr

Managed to track down a car with a hard to find drivetrain option that Broadway Garage had. Arrived late in the day to look at it. Karlee put a plate on it to test drive and then left me to inspect the car as thoroughly as I wished, on my own. No pressure from a salesperson trying to speed things along, or steer me away from any potential problem areas. Then I took a test drive, alone, just like back in the day, no salesperson, no pressure. Ended up purchasing the vehicle. Could not have been happier with my experience.

Kelly and Carlie were excellent to work with. Extremely helpful and efficient buying process. Also, they offer a 90 day / 4500 mile warranty. I'm very happy with my purchase process.

Outstanding experience. I needed to purchase a car, and I live out of state (visit my family here often and need car for when I'm in NY). I found a car on their website, sent a couple of questions on the car via their website, and received quick response. They called the next day to follow up. I made an appointment, went to see the car (took a test drive, alone....wow, not used to that), and signed the paperwork to purchase the car on the spot. They had all the paperwork ready for me. Got a bank check and came back 2 days later to pick it up. Easy peezy. Karlee handled everything with ease. The car was already discounted, so I got a late model car with only 30K miles, still under mfr's warranty and didn't have to haggle on the price. Very honest, great customer service, and I particularly love the purple gremlin in the customer area.

Want a laid back, no push dealership? Then you need to stop over to Broadway Garage of Columbia County and meet their staff. I personally have not purchased a vehicle yet, but did stop in and spoke with Kelly and Karlee in regards to some vehicle pricing, inventory, and etc. I wasn't being chased down in the parking lot to see who could get to me first, I walked in and asked about what I wanted to know personally. Definitely will be back to purchase a vehicle when I am ready and I recommend everyone to check this dealer out!
